Today is a very exciting day for us at Clarabridge, we have just announced the launch of the beta of our Self Service text analytics offering! Self Service is a great way to get started with text analytics.  Although we have some of the best sales and professional services people in the world, sometimes you just want to try something out on your own, or perhaps your project or company is too small to justify a standard software evaluation process.

Self Service is a great way to get started with text analytics.  Although we have some of the best sales and professional services people in the world, sometimes you just want to try something out on your own, or perhaps your project or company is too small to justify a standard software evaluation process.

Whenever I look at new technologies, I always try to find one that lets me just play with it and try it out with as little fuss as possible.  Through our Self Service portal, you can upload textual content along with structured metadata, run it through Clarabridge’s advanced NLP engine, categorize the data, analyze sentiment, and then explore your data through our Navigator interface.  Full end-to-end text analytics, now available in a do-it-yourself deployment model!

We have been working for many months to enable this mode of operation.  We’ve invested in the servers, and the operations and support staff to make it possible.  We also added a lot of new ease of use features to the core product to make sure that the system is easy for you to figure out on your own.  And if you ever need help, just press the Help or Tutorial links at the top of the screen, or contact our friendly support team.

We think that every organization from the largest to the smallest should have access to best-in-class text analytics, and it’s our goal here at Clarabridge to make sure that is possible.  So please give our beta offering a spin.  We will give you 10,000 verbatim credits when you sign up in order to try out the system with your own organization’s data.

And of course the point of the beta program is to get your feedback.  For us as a company focused on customer experience, your feedback counts.  There is a feedback form available when you log in to submit your thoughts.  There is also a questions form you can use if you need help or if you have any questions on the product.  We literally have an engineering team on standby to implement your enhancement ideas, so let us know what you think!
