Proactively Alert Business Users:

Looks for events in definable time windows where volume and change in volume for that time period represents a significant event.

Looks for percentage changes that indicate statistically significant growth or reduction, regardless of actual underlying volume levels.
Users can also detect anomalies and outlier data via reports and visualizations. Often Clarabridge shows not only large-scale, frequently occurring conditions in the response data, but also infrequent, outlier data which could be a new, emerging issue, growth opportunity, or anomaly.
Flexible Alerting Options:

Users can receive reports on a scheduled basis, and/or set up e-mail alerts triggered by important business indicators that inform them of time-sensitive issues.

Users can view reports on their BI dashboard or Clarabridge Navigator.
