The output from a typical Clarabridge project results in the creation of a series of relational database tables, optimized for your business intelligence (BI) reporting environment. The resulting data is also fully available to serve as a staging environment for other client-specific, internal processes that may sit downstream from the Clarabridge environment.
This data design, called the “Analysis Schema,” specifically supports the storage and analysis of text-originated content. The relational database stores all of the unstructured source data, transformed text data, metadata and data lineage. As this data design is non-proprietary, it can work with other formats, as necessary.
Make Actionable Insights Accessible Across Your Organization
You can easily deposit the transformed text into other rich data environments either directly with a standard query environment or extract from it with standard ETL techniques. Enterprise data warehouses or other business applications benefit from the availability of rich customer experience data. In addition, Clarabridge supports a fully documented web services API to facilitate data exchange between the platform and other enterprise applications.
