General Information

What is C3?

Clarabridge Customer Connections (C3), has been the leading customer experience and social customer service event for the past 9 years in the U.S., with this being our third C3 event in London. This two-day conference features interactive workshops, cutting-edge keynote speakers, and breakout sessions lead by top CX industry thought leaders, analysts, Clarabridge customers, and partners.


When is C3 London 2017?

Pre-Conference Workshops: Tuesday, 10th October
C3 2017 Welcome Reception: Tuesday, 10th October at 6 PM
Main-Conference: Wednesday, 11th October

Where will C3 London 2017 take place?

Pre-Conference Workshops will take place at the M by Montcalm Hotel, located at 151-157 City Rd, London EC1V 1JH

C3 2017’s main conference will take place at The Brewery, the site of the former Whitbread brewery in East London, located at 52 Chiswell Street, London EC1Y 4SD

Registration

Are Pre-Conference Workshops included in the price of registration?

Yes, Pre-Conference Workshops are available on a first come, first served basis. Pre-Conference Workshops are optional and only available only to main conference registrants.

Are group discounts available?

Yes:
Register 2 people, get 1 free registration.
Register 4 people, get 2 free registrations.
Register 6 people, get 3 free registrations.

What is the cancellation policy?

You will receive a full refund if you cancel before 10th September. Cancellations received after 10th September will not be eligible for a refund.

To cancel a registration, email events@clarabridge.com to let us know you are unable to attend. Cancelling a registration does not automatically cancel hotel and/or travel arrangements, you are responsible for cancelling any accommodations.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

Registrations can be transferred to another individual at no charge until 10th September.

To transfer a registration, email events@clarabridge.com with the new registrant’s information (full name, email address, title, company) as well as the full name of whom they will be replacing

Hotel & Travel

Is there a preferred airline for travel?

No, we have not made specific arrangements with any airline.

How long does it take to get to the Brewery venue from the airport?

Heathrow Airport is 45 minutes by car. Gatwick Airport is 1hour and 15 minutes by car.

What weather should I expect for C3?

The weather in October is variable. Pack warm clothes just in case.

Are there special hotel rates for C3?

No, we have not made special arrangements with any hotels for the event. We have listed recommended hotels here located near The Brewery.

Food & Beverage

Is food included with my pass?

Full Conference passes include breakfast, snacks during breaks, lunch and dinner.

Pre-Conference Workshops include snacks during breaks.

Agenda & Sessions

What kind of sessions can I expect this year?

The C3 agenda will have 3 tracks this year: a CXA Track, a Social Track, and an Advanced Track. Bring your team and don’t miss out on these valuable sessions. The agenda is constructed by Clarabridge customers, partners, industry analysts and thought leaders.

What is the C3 Zone?

The C3 Zone is located amongst the meeting space and is a place to network and unwind with your fellow attendees. Relax, network with peers, take a coffee break, or enjoy a nice snack!

Are the evening receptions included in my registration?

Yes, full conference passes include invitations to all evening events and receptions.

Can I bring friends and family to C3 social events?

C3 social events are exclusively for full conference registrants only. An official conference badge is required to attend all C3 events unless otherwise noted.
