How do I register?
- Please register for C3 2017 here. You can pay by credit card or debit card.
What is the cost to attend?
- The registration cost depends on when you register – the earlier, the better!
- Early Bird Pricing: $499 | ends March 1st (savings of $500)
- Regular Pricing: $999 | beginning March 2nd
I received a promo code. How do I apply it to my registration?
- If you have not yet done so, begin the registration process here and follow the instructions. Once you reach the last page, insert the code into the “Coupon Code” field. Click “Apply” to recalculate the total.
- If you have already registered, please email your information and discount code to email@example.com and allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed. Any refunds issued will usually post to your account within 7 to 10 business days after the request has been processed.
Are there any discounts for registering multiple colleagues?
- Group discounts will be applied automatically at checkout – groups must be from the same organization and entered at the same time during the registration process for the discount to be applied successfully.
- Register 2 people, get 1 free registration
- Register 4 people, get 2 free registrations
- Register 6 people, get 3 free registrations

What is the payment policy?
- The easiest form of payment is by credit card through the online registration process here.
- Credit card payments are accepted online or payment can be accepted by check, money order, or invoice by contacting email@example.com.
What is the cancellation policy?
- Registration cancellations must be received by April 1, 2017. Email your cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations received after April 1st will not be eligible for a refund.
- Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and/or travel arrangements – you are responsible for all accommodation cancellations.
Are attendee substitutions permitted?
- Registrations can be substituted or transferred to another individual at no charge until April 15, 2017.
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by emailing email@example.com with the new attendee’s information (name, email, title, and company) before April 15th.
