With his background in financial and operational planning in high tech companies, Bas Brukx is steering Clarabridge through high growth and positioning us for future success.

Sal Uslugil

Chief Revenue Officer

Sal Uslugil leads Clarabridge’s worldwide sales operations. He is passionate about customer satisfaction, integrity, employee satisfaction, and operational excellence.

  • Previously Senior Vice President at MicroStrategy
  • Held various management and executive roles throughout his 19 years at MicroStrategy, including running their North American Sales organization for four years
  • Considers the surprise red roses and dinner reservation provided by a hotel concierge on a Valentine’s Day trip with his family an example of customer service at its best

Karl Knoll

General Counsel

Karl Knoll serves as key legal advisor on all major business transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, joint ventures, and contracts.

  • Previously partner & head of Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Practice at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice
  • Served as member of Cooley LLP’s corporate group
  • Started his career with Kirkland & Ellis in London, and still appreciates the customer experience of London’s black cabs when he squeezes into a yellow cab

Technology never stops, but Brendan Haggerty keeps Clarabridge current with a wealth of experience gained from managing, developing, and implementing enterprise applications.

  • Loves when the customer experience is personalized, like when an Etsy artist crafted a necklace for his wife in a one-hour timeframe

Ram Ramachandran

Senior Vice President, Engineering

Ram Ramachandran brings over 20 years of experience in technology product development and delivery to his role at Clarabridge, where he is leading the platform through the next stages of its evolution.

  • Most recently served as SVP of Product Development at MicroStrategy
  • Founding member of MicroStrategy’s engineering team leading it from inception through several transformations
  • Excited about being accountable for the customer experience of Clarabridge’s product offerings, which are designed to improve customer experience!

Senior Vice President of Global Professional Services

Ines Thornburg leads Clarabridge’s Services organization. She brings expertise and understanding to our customers to ensure they are getting the most out of the Clarabridge platform.
