Training Sessions

Clarabridge provides a flexible training solution which can be delivered in both a standard and customized format to meet each client's specific needs.

Training course options include:

  • Clarabridge Content Mining Platform (CMP) Basics Course: Targeted towards the general system administrator responsible for an already installed Clarabridge Solution. Focus is placed on the modification and maintenance of the Content Mining Platform.
  • Clarabridge Advanced CMP Administration Course: Targeted towards the seasoned administrator that is interested in being able to replicate the installation, configuration, and execution of new data sources to an existing solution.
  • Clarabridge Basic Reports Course: Targeted towards the business users, this course will walk the participants through each of the delivered reports to provide them with a complete understanding around the purpose, navigation, and capabilities that have been delivered.
  • Clarabridge Advanced Reporting Course: Targeted towards an experienced, already trained Business Intelligence user, this course will provide the attendees with the knowledge necessary to modify existing implemented reports in addition to creating new reports against the Clarabridge Analysis Schema.
