Automated Narratives

Automated Narratives generate clear and consistent summaries which capture what occurs in every interaction with customers. Automated Narratives collects key information about speaker behavior, events, and resolutions and combines that with call metadata to provide a concise, understandable narrative. Call duration, silence, and overtalk, and the most important aspects of the call are combined and automatically available for analysis and export to either CX Studio or other CRM systems.
