4 Reasons to Vote Clarabridge in #DCTechMadness

Clarabridge is delighted to be in the “Sweet 16” of DCInno’s DC Tech Madness bracket. The publication launched this competition to correspond with NCAA March Madness, seeding the Washington, D.C. metro area’s top technology companies. To select the field of 64 companies, DCInno considered momentum, funding raised, market opportunity, team and existing growth. Based on their research of Clarabridge, they ranked us as a #3 seed.

Winners are determined by the number of votes received at the DCInno website, and voting commenced during the second week of March. In the first round, we surpassed Revmetrix, and in the second round we bested Brightline Interactive. We’re now up against RideScout, a mobile app that shows real-time information about transportation options.

Need a few reasons to vote for Clarabridge? Here are four big ones:

Record-breaking growth in 2014. We recently announced over 50% year-over-year bookings growth in 2014. We more than doubled our acquisition of new customers in 2014 vs. 2013, resulting in a total of 450 major brands served.

Global expansion. In 2014, we expanded our international presence with offices in Singapore and Barcelona. We acquired new customers worldwide including Virgin Active in Europe and CIRSA in Spain and Latin America, and more. We also hired a new SVP of EMEA sales to grow additional market share.

Explosive CX technology marketplace. Gartner research shows that by 2016, 89% of companies believe that customer experience will be their primary basis for competition, versus 36% four years ago. The research also revealed that nearly three quarters of companies expect to increase technology spending on customer experience in 2015.

The Washington Business Journal named CEO Sid Banerjee as a “Most Admired CEO,” and CFO Bas Brukx was a finalist for the Northern Virginia Technology Council CFO of the Year award. Elizabeth Clor is the Sr. Director of Content Marketing and Communications at Clarabridge. In this role, she is responsible for solidifying Clarabridge’s position in the marketplace as the leading Customer Experience Management (CEM) technology vendor. Elizabeth has 17 years of experience in high-tech marketing and communications, and is a regular contributor to various marketing publications. She holds a B.A. of English from the University of Virginia.
