It’s that time of year again! Show us how you’re delivering state-of-the-art customer experiences!

We are excited to announce that we are now accepting nominations for the 2017 Clarabridge Customer Experience Champion (CXC) awards – Europe. The awards recognize organizations and individuals who are transforming their business by leveraging customer experience management strategies – this can be for both social customer service and/or part of a multi-channel customer experience program. This year’s awards will be judged by a panel of 3 expert judges, including a CX industry expert.

Award winners belong to an exclusive circle of leaders and innovators in customer experience. They combine leading-edge technology with customer-centric policies and procedures to improve consumers’ experiences, satisfaction, and loyalty for the advancement of their business.

Winners will be publicly celebrated at the Clarabridge C3 event on 10 and 11 October 2017 in London. In addition to two free passes C3 2018, they’ll also receive a Customer Experience Awards winners logo to display on their website and social media pages.

 

Who’s eligible:

This year, we are accepting awards by geography: If you are based in Europe, Middle East or Africa, this set of awards is for you!

The application process is easy. Complete and submit a short online application form by 5:00 PM GMT on Thursday 7th September.
