Cinco de Mayo is here, and to celebrate, Clarabridge is hosting virtual user group meetings throughout the week. During these five interactive sessions, our clients will share their successes, tips, and best practices for using Clarabridge’s customer experience management (CEM) platform.

We have a lineup of 5 hot topics:

Monday: Reporting Fiesta

The Clarabridge platform turns big data into big insights through its robust reporting capabilities. Here are there quick tips that our clients shared yesterday:

  • Export reports to Excel for increased visual capabilities
  • Make use of the Reporting tab and dashboard
  • Use PowerPoint to capture the reports you create for enhanced storage organization and presentation experience

Tuesday: Metrics and Margaritas

NPS, CSTAT, CXI and other metrics are only useful when you understand the meaning behind the numbers. What better way to celebrate Cinco de Mayo than diving deeper into metrics to reveal a treasure trove of useful information?

Wednesday: Getting Social in Sombreros

Social engagement and social listening are critical to any customer experience management program. Tomorrow, our virtual user group will focus on best practices for processing social data, prioritizing sources, and operationalizing the feedback.

Thursday: Survey-o de Mayo

The survey hasn’t gone out of style, but many of our clients are giving their surveys a makeover. On Thursday, they’ll talk about how they are increasing response rates, combining survey data with other sources of feedback, and making the results actionable.

Friday: Shakin’ up your org

The grand finale of our CX de Mayo celebration focuses on building a customer-focused organization. All employees need to adopt a customer-first mindset, no matter what department they work in. On Friday, our clients will share their trials and tribulations as customer advocates, and discuss tactics to drive interest in CX data throughout the business.
