Engagor Secures $2.6M in Funding and Opens Office in US

Things at Engagor were already moving fast but now they will be moving even faster. Today, we’re happy to announce that we closed a $2.6M funding round led by Hummingbird Ventures. We’re also expanding in the US (Engagor Inc), where Steven Reading, former co-founder of Dogster, will anchor the new San Francisco office as VP of North America Sales.
The funding will help us to further accelerate our international growth and expand the team from 25 to 35 people by the end of the year. This means quicker product development, faster customer growth and even better customer service.
Times like these are perfect for a trip down nostalgia lane. Our CEO Folke Lemaitre built Engagor single-handedly only two years ago. Engagor started as a social media analytics tool and soon after, we developed the Inbox for social media engagement. This unique golden combo is what makes Engagor such a powerful tool. Today we are proud to be serving so many major brands all over the world; brands like Coca-Cola, T-Mobile, the European Parliament, IKEA and Carlsberg to name just a few.
