The easy-to-digest and intuitive new Insights allow social media teams to grasp the right analytics in real-time and quickly act on them. By evaluating how customers are using Engagor, combined with commonly used KPIs as well as market research, we have developed standardized analytics that deliver on what our customers need to engage with their audience in the best way and at the right time.

Our first-to-market analytics tool refines age and gender insights by social channel. Users can now, for example, determine which posts women engage with the most on Twitter. To reach your audience when it matters the most, Post & Engagement by Time of Day enables users to achieve exact timing for optimal engagement. The new visual charts show when content is being posted and when the community is most actively engaging.
3. Standardized, New Metrics
Standardized, new metrics, used by the industry, help amplify your social media efforts and make the right KPIs instantly visible. The new metrics, Post Engagement Rate and Fan Engagement Rate, offer actionable insights so you can do things like compare your social media efforts to your industry competitors.
