In-depth workshops
Industry experts Blake Morgan and Jeannie Walters will be offering their insights in exclusive pre-conference workshops.

Rousing keynotes
Main sessions will motivate you and educate you on the state of the customer experience space. Clarabridge’s own Sid Banerjee and Mark Bishof will fire you up. We’re also welcoming CX Transformist Bruce Temkin, and Innovation and Creativity Expert Josh Linkner to the main stage to inspire you.

Targeted tracks
Are you a business executive working on customer experience strategy? A power user of the Clarabridge CX Suite? Either way, we’ve got sessions tailored just for you. We’ve planned workshops with industry experts. For example, the Business track includes case studies and information about the value of customer experience initiatives. The Analytics track dives into the daily use of Clarabridge CX Analytics. And, the Social track uncovers the ways customer experience and social customer service go hand-in-hand.
