We’re excited to announce our latest batch of product updates to help you improve the customer experience. The Clarabridge CX Analytics fall release will help you discover insights more quickly, scale your business globally, and save time.
FASTER INSIGHT DISCOVERY
Expand your emotional understanding
Human emotions are complicated. That’s why we’ve expanded our emotions model so that you can better understand how your customers feel. Monitoring emotions before and after you make business changes will help measure their effectiveness.
Filter as you work
We’ve added dashboard filters in CX Studio so that you can pivot and drill through insights. Data changes on the fly across every dashboard report, providing a more granular understanding of your customers. You can create, share, and organize filters for report widgets without leaving CX Studio.
Tuning sentiment to meet your business needs shouldn’t be a taxing experience. We’ve introduced industry and source-specific sentiment templates to get you started faster. Use our improved Sentiment Suggestions to find neutral words that should be tuned for your data.
New and Improved Industry Templates
The industry templates that you already know and love have gotten a boost. And, we’ve added completely new ones specific to banking, casinos, hospitals, merchandising, pharmaceuticals, retail, crisis management, and employee feedback.
SCALING FOR GLOBAL BUSINESS
Global brand recognition
We’ve expanded our World Awareness platform to recognize, categorize, and understand global brands, specifically in the UK and Spain. New name, email address, and phone number recognition provide more ways to filter and analyze data. So now you can reward “Sandy Smith” at the front desk when customer feedback mentions her exceptional service, or you can respond directly when a customer provides contact information.
Just in time for Oktoberfest, category templates in CX Analytics are now available in German. Prost!
We’ve made a lot of changes that will help save you time. CX Studio and CX Designer will soon be available via a single sign on. Page breaks on CX Studio dashboards will make it easier to print and share. And increased report performance will help you understand and act on your data even faster.
