At this year’s C3 Conference, Clarabridge advisor and analyst Fred McClimans had a chance to talk with R “Ray” Wang, the Principal Analyst behind Constellation Research. Ray has been working in and around the software and technology markets for many years, advising both vendors and consumers on strategy and best practices.
