The existing workflow capabilities
Today more and more companies are entering in conversations with the consumers, which makes it essential to organize an efficient team collaboration. Who is responding to which question? Has this Facebook post already been answered? How are you going to divide the work without overlap? The workflow capabilities Engagor already offered, were very satisfying. Here’s a few of the actions you could perform:
- assign mentions to colleagues
- have replies (or entirely new messages) approved before publishing
- add notes to mentions
- check which actions have already been performed on a mention
Especially this last feature made sure you and your colleagues weren’t responding to the same tweet or Facebook post, thus optimizing your workflow. However, there was still a minute chance that you and a colleague (or several colleagues, who knows) were answering at the exact same time. This way, there was still a slight possibility of answering a customer’s question twice. That’s not a huge problem, but it doesn’t look good when you’re doing double work. Engagor has come up with a solution in the form of ‘real-time workflow updates’.
Real-time workflow updates
With the new real-time workflow updates you no longer have to fear responding to a tweet or Facebook post at the exact same time as one of your colleagues. Engagor will now immediately show whatever action is being performed on a mention. If someone is replying, tagging, adding a note or assigning a mention, this will all be displayed in the bottom right corner of the mention.
On top, when you’re working in Engagor and someone assigns a mention to you, this will be displayed at the top of your screen. This way you can immediately go to the mention and take the necessary steps!
Rest assured: you will never again have to fear performing the same action twice on one single mention. Now your team collaboration can only become smoother.
