What is C3?

  • The 9th annual Clarabridge Customer Connections (C3) conference is the leading event for customer experience management and social customer service professionals. This 3-day event features a lineup of cutting-edge keynote speakers and more than 30 sessions featuring Clarabridge customers, partners, and analysts. The agenda is made up of 2 tracks, industry-specific sessions, as well as the opportunity for hands-on training with thought leaders and Clarabridge experts during the Industry Expert Workshops.

How do I register?

  • Please register for C3 2017 here. You can pay by credit card or debit card.


What is the cost to attend?

  • The registration cost depends on when you register – the earlier, the better!
    • Early Bird Pricing: $499 | ends March 15th (savings of $500)
    • Regular Pricing: $999 | beginning March 16th


I received a promo code. How do I apply it to my registration?

  • If you have not yet done so, begin the registration process here and follow the instructions. Once you reach the last page, insert the code into the “Coupon Code” field. Click “Apply” to recalculate the total.
  • If you have already registered, please email your information and discount code to and allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed. Any refunds issued will usually post to your account within 7 to 10 business days after the request has been processed.


Are there any discounts for registering multiple colleagues?

  • Group discounts will be applied automatically at checkout – groups must be from the same organization and entered at the same time during the registration process for the discount to be applied successfully.

What is the cancellation policy?

  • Registration cancellations must be received by April 1, 2017. Email your cancellation request to Cancellations received after April 1st will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and/or travel arrangements – you are responsible for all accommodation cancellations.


Are attendee substitutions permitted?

  • Registrations can be substituted or transferred to another individual at no charge until April 15, 2017.
  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by emailing with the new attendee’s information (name, email, title, and company) before April 15th.

  • How long does it take to get to the hotel from the airport?


    What weather should I expect for C3?

    • The weather in Miami in early May is beautiful! Plan for daytime temperatures in the 80s, and evening temperatures in the mid-70s.


    Are there special hotel rates for attendees?

    • A discounted room rate has been secured at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Venue details can be found here.
    • The discounted rate of $285 per night (plus $24.95 resort fee) is available exclusively to attendees until March 1, 2017 (or when the room block sells out).
    • Reserve your room online here, or contact the Fontainebleau directly by phone at 305.538.2000 before March 1st. After this date, room rates will be offered at the hotel’s standard public rate.


    When should I book my flight home?

    • Sessions will take place up until 3:00 PM on Wednesday, May 3rd (time is subject to change). We encourage attendees to stay until the end since all sessions are extremely valuable to our attendees.

Food & Beverage:

Is food included with my pass?

  • Registration passes for the main conference (Tuesday, May 2nd and Wednesday, May 3rd) include breakfast, snacks during breaks, lunch and dinner.
  • Industry Expert Workshop (Monday, May 1st) attendees will be served breakfast, snacks during breaks and lunch.
  • In addition to the above, the Fontainebleau offers a variety of dining options as well.

  • The agenda will consist of 2 tracks again this year, so bring your team so that you don’t miss out on valuable sessions constructed by Clarabridge customers, partners, industry analysts and thought leaders.

What is the C3 Zone?

  • The C3 Zone is located amongst the meeting space and is a place to connect and unwind with fellow attendees. Relax, network with peers, take a coffee break, or enjoy a nice snack!
  • Clarabridge experts and partners will have kiosks set up for you to stop by, discuss best practices and exchange ideas.


Are the evening receptions included in my registration?

  • Yes, full conference passes include invitations to all networking and evening events.


Can I bring friends and family to C3 social events?

  • C3 social events are available exclusively to full conference registrants only.
  • A C3 2017 conference badge is required to attend any official conference events unless otherwise noted.


Will there be Wi-Fi available to attendees?

  • Yes! We are happy to announce that we will have Wi-Fi available to all attendees. Login information will be available onsite when you arrive.


What is the recommended attire?

  • Clarabridge encourages a casual atmosphere, and we’re not the type to impose a dress code. So, wear whatever makes you comfortable, but you can’t go wrong with business casual. You may want to bring an extra layer to cover up, as session rooms can sometimes get a bit chilly,


Do you offer any off-site transportation?

  • All conference events will take place at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Any transportation off-site will be at your personal expense and coordination.
