Clarabridge Announces the Appointment of Yuchun Lee as CEO

Reston, VA – Jan. 14, 2016 – Clarabridge, Inc., the leading provider of Customer Experience Management (CEM) SaaS solutions for the world’s top brands, today announced that Yuchun Lee, Clarabridge board member for over two years, has transitioned into the role of Chief Executive Officer. In this position, Lee will focus on the company’s day-to-day management and operations, continual strategic growth, as well as leadership of the executive team. As part of the transition, Clarabridge founder Sid Banerjee assumes the role of Executive Chairman, where he continues to provide company vision and direction, manage executive relationships with key current and prospective customers and oversee customer success.

Lee is a seasoned business executive with a proven track record leading and taking companies public. Working with Summit Partners and General Catalyst, he led the investment of over $80M in funding for Clarabridge in 2013. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of Unica, a company that went public in 2005. When Unica was acquired by IBM in 2010, Lee served as the Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Marketing Management, overseeing IBM’s end-to-end products for CMOs globally.
