CLARABRIDGE HIRES INDUSTRY VETERAN DARREN JAFFREY TO OPEN EUROPEAN HEADQUARTERS IN LONDON, UK

Clarabridge, Inc., the leading provider of sentiment and text analytics software implemented by many Global 1000 companies to improve customer experience management (CEM), today announced it has hired Industry Veteran Darren Jaffrey as General Manager, EMEA.

Mr. Jaffrey was previously General Manager, EMEA & APAC for Vurv Technology and SVP, International Operations for Taleo, both leading lights in the Human Capital Management (HCM) SaaS marketplace. At both companies, he was responsible for the management of all direct and indirect sales channels, implementation services and customer support outside of North America. Prior to entering the HCM market, Darren held a number of senior management positions at Business Intelligence vendor MicroStrategy culminating with a 3 year tenure as Vice President of Sales for EMEA. Darren’s extensive experience in the software industry began at consulting giant Electronic Data Systems where his role as a consultant included assignments throughout Europe, Japan and the United States.
