Clarabridge, Inc., a text analysis software vendor, today announced a migration program for current ClearForest, Ltd customers potentially impacted by the uncertainties generated from the acquisition of ClearForest by Reuters. Throughout the second quarter, Clarabridge will offer customers a dollar for dollar credit for any previously purchased ClearForest licenses. This credit can be used for upgrading from any version of ClearForest’s products to Clarabridge’s Content Mining Platform™ (CMP) platform. On Monday, April 30th, Reuters Ltd. announced that it was acquiring ClearForest.
“This type of disruption can have a profound impact on critical, ongoing projects. Our first priority is to communicate to customers affected that they have an alternative,” said Sid Banerjee, CEO of Clarabridge, Inc. “Clarabridge offers a streamlined conversion process, which will allow organizations to capitalize on their current investment in text mining software by providing a quick and easy upgrade path to a scalable, Clarabridge-based solution.”
Clarabridge’s Content Mining Platform™ (CMP) is the first end to end platform built for the commercialized use of text analysis. As a result of the migration program, these affected organizations will quickly transition to a business-oriented solution that enables the analysis of customer needs, issues and opportunities from text based sources.
“Clarabridge’s Content Mining Platform (CMP) will provide ClearForest customers greater insight and scalability from their unstructured data assets through superior categorization, sentiment analysis, and root cause drill-down technology,” said Justin Langseth, President and Chief Technology Officer of Clarabridge, Inc.
Clarabridge has a services team in place to ensure a smooth transition. This services team consists of world-class consultants, educators and product support specialists capable of performing the migration quickly and easily, to allow organizations to gain competitive advantage from their text mining platform.
Clarabridge recently announced the release of CMP 2.2, which provides a single platform that allows general business users to quickly, easily convert internal and external source data into useful business intelligence, without special coding. Clarabridge has grown substantially every quarter since its launch as an independent company with support of customers in the financial and insurance services, retail, high technology, pharmaceutical, hospitality and public sectors.
For complete details and restrictions on the migration program, current ClearForest customers should contact Clarabridge for details at (703) 663-2500 or email@example.com.
