MEDIA ALERT: CLARABRIDGE CTO JUSTIN LANGSETH TO ATTEMPT RECORD SETTING SPEED DEPLOYMENT DURING CUSTOMER PANEL AT TEXT ANALYTICS SUMMIT 2010

Clarabridge, Inc., the leading provider of text analytics software implemented by many Fortune 1000 companies to improve customer experience management (CEM), today announced Clarabridge CTO and president Justin Langseth will attempt to break the Text Analytics deployment speed record, while simultaneously taking questions from a live audience. Afterwards, there will be an interactive discussion with customers Chris Jones from Intuit and Michele Nievaard from USAA. The session will take place May 25th, 2010 at the 6th annual Text Analytics Summit in the Radisson Hotel, Boston from 11:30AM – 12:30PM.
Mr. Langseth is the current holder of the speed record, after deploying a complete text analytics system in 45 minutes at the 2008 Text Analytics Summit. This year he will attempt to perform the same feat in a third of the time, less than 15 minutes, while leveraging and explaining new features in Clarabridge Enterprise 4.1. After the attempt, which may or may not be attended by the Guinness book of World Records, the panel will discuss a variety of topics including:
- Creative ways for extracting business value from customer insights gained using a text analytics platform and BI tools.
- Different models for determining your return on investment in a voice of the customer application.
- Implementing a customer experience management team that works across functional areas of a corporation.
- How to utilize upcoming application interfaces in Clarabridge Enterprise to optimize your text analytics deployment.
