WAKEFIELD, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), the premier global non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement and cultivation of the Customer Experience profession, today announced 11 new participants on the CX Experts panel.

The CXPA has assembled an impressive group of CX Experts, proven professionals with at least 10 years of experience in customer-centric strategies and tactics at high-profile organizations across the globe, and across a wide variety of industries. All have achieved the Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) designation. In addition to their proven track records of success in customer experience, the CX Experts are passionate about helping others.
