Clarabridge Engage Enables the European Parliament to Better Reach and Engage Citizens
The European Parliament’s strategic aim is “to be where the citizens are,” and it sees social media as a way to accomplish this. However, with more than 100 social media accounts related to the legislative body on a dozen different platforms, establishing an effective social media presence is an enormous challenge.
Since 2012, the European Parliament has relied on Clarabridge Engage to handle the huge volume of social media messages that it and its related entities receive. All messages roll into Clarabridge Engage in real time, and analytics are generated instantly. Clarabridge Engage also proved to be an instrumental partner in the Share Europe Online Project, an initiative by the European Parliament and the European Commission to use social media to bridge the gap between the European Union and its citizens.
- Real-time monitoring and analysis
- Customized reports and dashboard metrics for various stakeholders
- Identification of local concerns, trending topics, and influencers
- Greater community reach and engagement
Now that Clarabridge Engage is in place, the European Commission and European Parliament can easily determine trending topics and jump in on customer conversations.
