The focus of this session will be on our Product Roadmap and Continuous Improvement with Strategic Consulting.

Our Chief Product Officer, Fabrice Martin, will present the Roadmap which will include new capabilities coming in our Summer and Fall releases, as well as our long term vision. Our VP Strategic Consulting & Analyst Relations, Koren Stucki, will discuss our approach and review our new offerings. We’ll also touch on current trends and topics, and how Customer Engagement Optimization/Customer Experience Management is evolving.

After that, we’ll break into groups relevant to your respective role and how you utilize Clarabridge.

Fabrice Martin
Chief Product Officer

Fabrice Martin is the Chief Product Officer at Clarabridge. He brings 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, product management, marketing, and enterprise software sales, with specific domain expertise in SaaS/PaaS, data visualization/discovery, Business Intelligence, and analytics for marketing and contact center operations. He has previously held positions at MicroStrategy, MSIGHTS, and Witness Systems.


Koren Stucki
Vice President, Strategic Consulting & Analyst Relations

Koren leads Strategic Consulting at Clarabridge and helps clients take a programmatic, enterprise approach to driving continuous improvement. She has extensive experience in service innovation, customer experience and voice of the customer and employee programs, having built organizations and programs as a practitioner in Fortune 100 and start-up businesses and as a consultant to companies across industries. Prior to joining Clarabridge, Koren held leadership positions in Customer Experience, Customer Management / Operations, Strategy, Marketing, and Consulting for Telecommunications and Customer Analytics companies.
