Principal Strategic Consultant
Dave Pabley recently joined Clarabridge as a Principal Consultant on the Strategic Consulting team. Before joining Clarabridge, he worked as a Sr. Director in Optum’s Customer Experience Office where he was responsible for strategy and operations for Clarabridge and Qualtrics, as well as other aspects of VoC. Dave has nearly 12 year’s analytics experience in healthcare, as well as IT management, software development, and program management experience in financial services, semiconductor manufacturing, publishing, and government consulting sectors. He grew up in Kensington, Maryland, and earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland. He is PMP-certified, and works from his home in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, where he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and fly fishing with his wife and their two kids.

Rob recently joined Clarabridge as a Principal Strategic Consultant. Prior to joining Clarabridge, Rob spent 12yrs in healthcare, both payer and provider, leading Data & Analytics teams. In his previous role as the Divisional Vice President – Advanced Analytics & Strategic Capabilities at Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), Rob and his team enabled all aspects of Data, Reporting & Analytics for HCSC’s service operations and it’s 10k+ team members. During his tenure, Rob’s teams delivered over $120M in bottom-line value.

Thao was born in Vung Tau, Vietnam, but her formative years were spent here in Minnesota. She is a graduate from the University of Minnesota – Duluth. After spending years in the corporate world, she decided to pursue her passion for food and wine. Thao has traveled extensively and has been fortunate to have experienced fabulous cuisines from around the world. She followed her passion for food and studied culinary arts at The Art Institutes International Minnesota. Thao has experience working in the catering and restaurant industry. She worked at Oceanaire Seafood Room and staged at acclaimed restaurant La Belle Vie. Thao’s passion for food is closely followed by her love of wine. She is WSET Level 3 Wines Certified from Napa Valley Wine Academy. She has further honed her wine skills by shadowing head wine makers from Napa and Sonoma, CA. Thao cooks out of passion and hopes to share this passion with you in the food she creates and the wine she pairs. Our company motto is simple: Eat well and dream big.
